What's the best non-dairy milk for matcha lattes?
Oat milk is the most popular choice โ it froths well, has natural sweetness, and complements matcha's earthiness. Soy milk works for protein and sustainability. Almond milk is light and nutty but thin. Coconut milk is rich but can overpower. For best results, use barista editions designed for frothing.
